02 — How we work
Four stages, each with something you can see and sign off. You always know what has been built and what is next.
A proper conversation about the problem, then a written scope: what gets built, what it costs, how long it takes. Fixed price before anyone commits.
Wireframes, then real screens. You review and respond before a line of production code gets written — changes are cheap at this stage.
Built in visible increments on a staging link you can open any time. Weekly updates in plain English, not a progress bar.
We deploy it, hand over the code and the documentation, and stay reachable. Optional retainer if you would rather we kept looking after it.
03 — Why mycustomAI
The things businesses tell us went wrong last time, designed out from the start.
Tell us about your projectNo account manager relaying messages. Questions get answered by whoever is writing the code.
You get a number before the work starts, and we hold it. Changes are quoted separately, never assumed.
Code, repository, domain and hosting accounts are all in your name. Leaving is always possible — that is the point.
We use it heavily in our own build process and selectively in yours. If it will not beat a simple form, we will say so.
Conventional stacks, readable code, written handover. Whoever touches it next — us or your own team — can follow it.

You have a problem but not yet a spec. We dig in, map the process, and hand you a scope, a plan and a cost — yours to keep, whoever builds it.
The main way we work. An agreed scope, an agreed price, staged payments, and a working thing in production at the end of it.
